Shop Policies, Returns and Shipping
Returns and Exchanges:
We have a 30-day return policy, that is 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and digital items (such as patterns). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as the item is shipped.
Ready made items (as indicated) will be shipped within 2-3 business days upon completion of payment. Items will take 5-7 business days for processing time. Processing time is to include production and product finalization up to the time the item is shipped and does not include shipping time.
Custom orders must be finalized and paid for before the start of production. They will be shipped within an average of 5-7 business days upon completion of payment, depending on the item and the quantity ordered, unless otherwise noted. Please be aware that custom orders will be cancelled after 3 business days of no confirmation or finalization. However, exceptions to this can be accommodated. Please contact me if you have any concerns or questions.
Most packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or the shipment of your choice. Please be aware that we cannot ensure promptness of delivery after the package has been shipped. It will be dependent on the shipping method and USPS.
All items are made in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. Most items are made using wool blends and acrylic yarn unless noted otherwise. Please take note if you have any issues or allergies regarding the materials.
Emails are checked everyday and I see to it that I always provide an immediate response. I stand by the timelines set and if at any time there is an issue about something, I will let you know. An efficient communication between sellers and buyers is a valuable thing. It is definitely a major part in achieving excellent customer service.
